About Marshall Medical Logistics
Veteran-Owned • Mission-Driven • Committed to Excellence
Hello, I’m Frederick “Fred” Marshall, founder of Marshall Medical Logistics.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, I now call San Antonio, Texas home, where I live with my wife, Robin. Service has always been an important part of our family. Robin proudly served 25 years in the United States Army, and I proudly served 21 years in the United States Navy.
During my Navy career, I served as an Information Systems Technician, building a foundation in technology, security, accountability, communication, and mission-critical operations.
Those experiences taught me lessons that continue to guide me today: be prepared, protect what has been entrusted to you, accomplish the mission, and deliver on your word.
From Military Service to Business Leadership
I retired from the Navy in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 2010 and remained in Hawaii for another seven years. During my time there, I continued investing in my education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Security and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
After leaving Hawaii, I took some time away from the traditional workforce and continued traveling around the world with my wife. Those experiences gave me an even greater appreciation for different people, cultures, communities, and ways of doing business.
Those experiences continue to shape how I approach my work today: staying prepared, protecting what I’m entrusted with, completing the mission, and keeping my word.
An Entrepreneur at Heart
While technology and government service have been important parts of my professional journey, I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit.
Real estate investing is one of my passions, and over the years I have developed a strong interest in building businesses, creating opportunities, and developing something meaningful for the future.
That entrepreneurial drive, combined with more than two decades of military service and years of professional leadership experience, led me to establish Marshall Medical Logistics.
Our mission is simple: to provide healthcare organizations with safe, secure, professional, and dependable medical courier services they can trust.
The same values that guided me throughout 21 years of Naval service integrity, accountability, discipline, attention to detail, and mission accomplishment are the values behind Marshall Medical Logistics.
When a client entrusts us with a delivery, we understand that what we are transporting may be important to a patient, a healthcare provider, or an entire medical team. That responsibility matters to us.
